    This weeks round up of the dishes and wines featured on Saturday Kitchen.


    Guest chef Tom Kerridge cooked up a mouth watering Pork Schnitzel with fried duck egg, pickled apple and apple puree. 


    Wine expert Tim Atkin paired this with :

    Domane Wachau Gruner Veltliner Terraces 2010 a spicy,minerally white from the banks of the Danube.


    Next up to the hobs was Nick Nairn who prepared us Sesame Chicken kebabs with a mango salsa.


    Tim matched this one with
    Picpoul de Pinet. A relatively obscure white Languedoc appellation with a light vibrant style.
