This weeks Guest chefs were Amands Hartnett and Nathan Outlaw (great name) Wine expert Olly Smith made the very well received wine choices.

Ladies first of couse!

Amanda cooked up a gorgeous looking Chicken with chorizo, peppers and sage with spiced aubergine to which Olly paired: Chianti Colli Senesi, Italy available from M&S who are one of our promoted merchants'

Next on the hobs was Nathan who gave us his Mackerel, tomato and samphire salad. Olly matched this up with Triade 2010, another  Italian cracker.

The show is now recorded fro the next few weeks while James presumably takes some time off to play with his car collection!
