A fantastic Christmas inspired show this week with some gorgeous recipes prepared by the legends that are Brian Turner and Michel Roux Jnr. Wines today were selected by Peter Richards and Patsy Kensit faced her food heaven and hell (which both looked fantastic)

Brian Cooked first and prepared: Braised Duck with Peas and Lettuce. Peter selected to with this one: Crozes Hermitage, France from M&S

Michel was in dessert mode this week and prepared: Spiced Roasted Pineapple with Rum and Coconut Ice cream.  Peter matched this up with:  Finest Dessert Semillon.

This week the heaven dish was: Smoked Salmon Scotch Egg with Chive Beurre Blanc . This was paired with: La Grille Sauvignon Blanc 2010, France

Hell Dish today was: Brioche Crusted Trout with Beurre Noisette, beans and Little Gem. The wine match by Peter was: Champteloup Chardonnay 2010, France.
