Michel was in dessert mode this week and prepared: Spiced Roasted Pineapple with Rum and Coconut Ice cream. Peter matched this up with: Finest Dessert Semillon.
This week the heaven dish was: Smoked Salmon Scotch Egg with Chive Beurre Blanc . This was paired with: La Grille Sauvignon Blanc 2010, France
Hell Dish today was: Brioche Crusted Trout with Beurre Noisette, beans and Little Gem. The wine match by Peter was: Champteloup Chardonnay 2010, France.
