This week James was joined by the boystrous Sylvena Rowe and bythe Michelin starred Will Holland. Guest wine expert Peter Richards had the tricky job of pairing wines to the dishes.
Silvena produced an amazing looking dish of Blueberry and chilli glazedpork belly with whipped feta, yoghurt and cumin salad. Peter paired this exotic medley with:

Next up we had an adventurous Red Wine Souffle from Will Holland (always a tricky one on live TV but Will rose (ah hah !) to the ocassion perfectly. Petr matched this with:
Brachetto d’Acqui from Italy. I’m off to Italy for a week of wine research (drinking) next Wednesday so I won’t be covering the prog next weekend unfortunately but I will be back with some recommendations – and a hangover ! soon.
