    In the Kitchen this weekend top chefs Danny Millar (happy St Patricks day) and Nic Watt joined James to prepare some fantastic dishes live. Special guest Jennifer Carpenter faced food heaven: Chicken, and food hell: Fried food.

    Selected the all important wines this time was Susie Atkins who scoured Belfast for the ideal matches.

    Danny cooked: Cured organic salmon with potato bread, hens egg and green butter sauce. To Accompany this Susie felt that a French classic white would be the order of the day.
